APPSA in collaboration with SMART Zambia Institute have stated disseminating information to farmers through SMS messages. Todate a total number of 73, 400 farmers have received these messages broken down as follows;
Central Province 29,090
Eastern Province 5,995
Lusaka Province 5,628
Northern Province 9,505
Southern Province 17,926
Western Province 5,256
This brings the total number of recipients to 73,400.
